Located in the hotel’s lobby, ‘Stellar’ is a cosy, relaxing place to chat with friends and family over a cup of tea or coffee, cocktail or beer.
Open till late at night, the bar serves a wide range of hot and cold drinks as well as a selection of delicious finger foods and snacks, making it the ideal spot if you fancy a quick treat or something to curb your hunger before or after an excursion around the island. Just like all of our eateries, the food here is made with fresh, local ingredients according to our farm-to-table philosophy.
Whatever your drink of choice, ‘Stellar' has something for you, from a traditional Negroni to more inventive Greek cocktails. More of a gin and tonic fan? No problem, our selection of premium gins will keep you happy. Non-alcoholic drinks such as refreshing cocktails or herb-based lemonades, are also available.
